
Dwayne is a Yoga Teacher, Lifestyles & Financial Strategies Coach and a Qigong practitioner.
Through intuition and understanding, Dwayne is able to instinctively recognize barriers that can be converted into opportunities which enhance each individual's definition of success.
He is passionate about gaining knowledge and then sharing that knowledge for the betterment of others.
After several years of “striving and driving” as a Certified Financial Planner, and co-owner and founder of Sageview Strategies Inc., he found that his mind & body wellness had deteriorated to a point of serious concern. He was advised by his physician that he would just have to live with some of the conditions that he was experiencing at the time. Rather than falling victim to this health assessment he set on a path to seek wellness in his way. In understanding the causes of his poor health and taking the appropriate action to reverse what had resulted.
Along this path of wellness, Dwayne was introduced to yoga. At first, he was very apprehensive. But slowly he became more accepting of the practice and in 2020 it became a major part of his life. Shortly after he enthusiastically made the decision to become a certified yoga teacher. In June of 2023 he became a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor! A new journey begins!
Through both external and internal practices, perseverance and an ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ he reversed the health challenges he was facing. Now he wants to share what he has learned, and continues to learn, with others. Suffering is not necessary. Our bodies have an amazing way to heal, to become and to remain heathy. The journey continues and he wants to share what he has learned with others. Especially those who may also be apprehensive!

Personal Information
In 1989 Bev and Dwayne were married. They have three adult children and their life partners, along with one grandson! Bev and Dwayne live in the Buena Vista Community of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Dwayne enjoys spending time in the outdoors, playing music, picking his guitar, reading, studying Eastern philosophy, practicing yoga, and traveling.
